Directions are provided on your confirmation letter. A confirmation letter is mailed to each player after their completed registration is received and they have been placed on the showcase roster. Cancellation / Refund Policy: 

Cancellation refunds, for any/all reasons, are $150.  No refund is issued for cancellations, for any/all reasons, after the Tuesday before your showcase date.

Transfer Policy:

If you need to transfer from one showcase to another there is a $100 fee to do so. A player may transfer if there is room on the roster in the player's primary or secondary position for the showcase they are wanting to transfer into.  The payment must be received by Baseball Instructional Showcases, Inc. before the change can be made final.

Inclement Weather:

In the case of mild - moderate wheather conditions the showcase will proceed with small adjustments to the schedule as necessary.  In the case of severe weather conditions an alternate date will be scheduled and all showcase participants will be notified.
