PLEASE be sure to complete on the registration form an active e-mail address that is checked regularly.  Your confirmation letter will be sent to the e-mail address you put on your registration form.

How to register:  Registration forms must be mailed in to the address on the form with payment or completed with credit card information and e-mailed as an attachment to LuannR36@yahoo.com. A player can only be placed on the showcase roster after the completed registration form and payment are received at the Showcase address (see form) or e-mail address above. A player cannot be placed on the showcase roster by calling or e-mailing  to say that his registration form has been mailed. Faxed registrations are not accepted.  Players are placed on the showcase roster in the order that the completed registration form and payment are received.

There is no physical address available for expedited shipping. Please do not mail to the Young Harris College Baseball Office.  The College is not affiliated with the Showcase.

Who can register:

Baseball Instructional Showcases are opportunities for 2010-1011 Sophomores, Juniors and Seniors only. (2011, 2012 & 2013 grads)

Check (made payable to Baseball Instructional Showcases, Inc), Debit Card, Credit Card, Money Order or Cashiers Check.  MasterCard, Discover or Visa Only.  No American Express.

Billing statements will show "Baseball Instructional".

Confirmation Letter: A confirmation letter will be e-mailed to each player that is added to the showcase roster.  Be sure your e-mail address on the registration form is ledgible, correct and accurate to insure receipt of this confirmation. If you do not receive a confirmation letter within 3 weeks of the day you mailed in the registration form please e-mail LuannR36@yahoo.com to confirm receipt of the registration.   If a registration is lost in the mail, sent to the wrong address or delayed a player cannot be added to the roster based on when it was mailed unless his position still has space available.  It is VERY important that you receive a confirmation letter so know that the registration was received.

On-Site Registration:

No on-site registration is permitted the morning of the showcase.
